The more you restrict aviation the more you will increase emissions in both rich and third world countries. If you really want to see pollution run rampant, just park all aircraft in the world. Then you can run regular ground and sea vehicles and vessels for much longer time periods producing even more harmful emissions. I can answer that one easily.
