Technology today definely has its advantages but is it depriving us from the full use of our minds? Consider if it is making us dumber and lazier, who will invent the enxt generation of gadgets?
What do you think?
If you ever watch older movies from the 1940s or 1950s? Notice how everyone had to do things for themselves. They had to hunt down information, they had to learn how to use typewriters and microphese and they knew math and how to spell. You do not even bother to check your spelling to know that you mis spelled “next”
Technology is ruining today’s youth. That and the media
technology is making society dumber because today we rely more on technology like for instance when we cant solve a problem we dont think about it a lot all we do is take out a calculator and punch in the numbers so its really actually stoping our minds from growing from learning
it’s making society dumber coz you don’t really have to think very much. machines do all the thinking for you. and you know what they say- use it or lose it.

2an example of this would be that most people in the UK cannot read even basic symbols on a Map; this is due to GPS becoming so common.

3I think it just makes people less formal and less attentive. Also we have lost our sense of community and people have forgotten how to communicate.

6I don’t think it’s necessarily making us dumber, but it’s definitely making us lazier
