   If the book takes you 6 months to write, you could be getting paid for it for years afterwards, even if you never bother to write a single word!

   Start a bank.
   I have not seen a impoverished looking bank ever.
   They make money off of other people’s money.
   They provide a valuable service to the community.
   You can hire a bank manager to run it for you, so you can stay home with your baby.
