Say every week i searched for a different subject. Over a months period, These subjects accumulate on my search engine. I am looking for a way to delete these past searches.

It does not happen all the time, but many times I will click in the search box and all the other things that I was searching for will show in what look like a drop down box. How do I make that not happen? Clearing history does not seem to change anything. Thanks!
