Today, I was out for a walk and experienced weather that I found excellent. It was about 55-60 degrees, with very light wind and grey, cloudy skies. Are there any places in the world where this type of weather is common most of the year?

2 twins who get separated at birth,1 raised by dad,1 raised by mum.
meet at a holiday park(or something similar where they are away from there parents)
decided to switch places and try and get there mum and dad back together.
